企业资源计划（ERP）

This course examines the evolution of enterprise systems - from internally focused client/server systems to externally focused e-business. This class studies  

the types of issues that managers will need to consider in implementing cross-functional integrated ERP systems. We will examine the general theory of ERP, re-engineering principles and the technical foundations of ERP system. We will also give the students some introduction of ERP companies and consulting as well as ERP industry. Topics include the tools and methodology, modules, processes, and industry initiatives. Finally, the course will attempt to look into the future and predict ERP systems trends.

项目管理

    《项目管理》课程属于专业课，适用于工商管理、信息管理、公共关系等专业的本科生。其研究对象是项目的管理问题，其研究内容是项目在投资前期、中期和后期的规划、决策、计划、组织、指挥、控制及协调的理论、方法和手段。管理的目的是使项目在规定的投资范围内，以最短的工期、高质量的完成项目目标。
     本课程设置的目的是：使学生构建必要的项目管理知识体系和实用的项目管理技能；为学生在项目计划与控制等多门专业课的学习中打下良好的基础。使学生在未来的工作中具有项目管理的理念，能够利用项目管理的理论解决实际的问题；使学生的知识结构更加适应社会主义市场经济的需要。
     本课程的任务是培养学生利用项目管理的知识和理念，增强项目成本、质量、时间三大控制的观念，以市场为前提，经济为目标，技术为手段，对项目进行管理。

管理信息系统（本科生）

本课程是信息管理与信息系统专业本科生的必修课。本课程要求学生具有计算机科学、信息技术、管理学、经济学、系统科学、运筹学、组织行为学的基础知识。
本课程的任务是使学生掌握管理信息系统的概念、结构和建立管理信息系统的基础，使学生通过本课的学习，了解管理信息系统在企业管理中的作用。对于管理专业，本课程不侧重于讲解技术本身，重点在于讲清管理学原理与方法同现代信息技术应用的关系、管理的革新与信息技术改造的关系、管理的需求与信息系统实现的关系。
本课程的基本内容包括：MIS解决管理问题的案例、信息的特性及系统的基础知识；计算机的硬件、软件、网络及数据库技术；典型MIS系统的应用。
